I think we get a lot of comfort from describing things in absolutes as it gives us certainty. It can also hinder us from seeing more of the picture too though.
yes! the freedom is letting go of the illusion of control. so much can come from that. I often think of that in Leadership Terms (I work in a large enough organisation), and letting go and empowering others is thrilling.
