What is a Good Life? Course
If your life feels like it’s missing a sense of meaning, belonging, or even the feeling that it’s truly yours, this may be of interest.
Next month, I’m hosting a 5-week course around a single question:
What is a good life?
Over the past few years, I’ve spoken with nearly 300 people—through private conversations, podcast interviews, and corporate workshops—all circling this question.
Now, for the first time, I’m bringing together a group of eight people to explore it more intimately over five sessions.
The course will combine personal reflection, prompts and insights drawn from these conversations, and space for thoughtful group discussion.
We’ll look at the question through practical areas—work, family, relationships, time—as well as the quieter, less visible dimensions: what your heart or soul might be asking for, through moments of reflection on what truly fulfils and challenges us.
It’s a question I believe quietly shapes many of our decisions in life—yet we rarely give it the space or attention it deserves.
This will be an inquiry held with presence, curiosity, and care.
Conversations that connect us more deeply with ourselves—and with each other.
If this resonates, I’d love to have you in the group.
Just message me to reserve your place.
