What is a Good Life? Course
A 5-week inquiry into what it means to live a good life
Over the past four years, I’ve asked nearly 300 people this question—one-on-one.
The conversations were wide-ranging, moving, and deeply personal.
Now, I’m offering something new:
A 5-week online course for a small group of 8 people to explore this same question together.
This won’t be a typical course with information to give you an answer.
It’s a space for reflection, silence, dialogue, and shared inquiry.
Each session will include:
• Thought-provoking questions for personal contemplation
• Quiet moments to let insights emerge
• Small group breakouts to exchange perspectives
• Open-ended, emergent conversations to make meaning together
At times, I’ll also bring in themes and stories from the 300 interviews—sparingly, and only when they support the group’s unfolding inquiry.
While I have ran corporate workshops with groups around this theme before, this will be the first time I’ve led an intimate cohort through this work in a repeated format.
My hope is that the sessions themselves become an embodiment of what I sense we are lacking in order to access our own answers:
presence, connection, listening, and the depth of inner life.
If this resonates, I’d love to have you in the group.
Simply message me to reserve your place.
